WHAT WE EXPECT
Every certified cleaner is expected to:
• Arrive on time
• Follow the full checklist — no shortcuts
• Complete required photo documentation
• Report damages or issues immediately
• Communicate clearly and professionally
If something feels off, you report it.
If something is damaged, you document it.
If something is unclear, you ask.
Silence creates problems.
Communication prevents them.
WHAT “ELITE” ACTUALLY MEANS
Being elite does not mean perfect.
It means:
• You follow the system
