IN THIS LESSON
WHAT INSPECTORS LOOK FOR
Inspectors review photos for:
• Bed symmetry — tight, hotel-style tuck
• Towel presentation — 2 large towels + 2 hand towels
• Toilet lid down with sanitation band + 3 back stock toilet paper rolls in bathroom
• Clean, debris-free floors
• No visible clutter
Photos must reflect 5-star presentation — not just “clean.”
AVOID THESE MISTAKES
Do NOT submit:
• Blurry photos
• Dark rooms
• Cropped corners
• Photos that miss the floors
If a room isn’t fully visible, it isn’t properly documented.
WHEN SOMETHING IS UNUSUAL
If you see damage, excessive mess, missing items, or anything outside standard:
Take extra photos
Upload immediately
Add clear notes
Notify management
Silence creates liability.
Documentation creates protection.
