When you accept a job in Breezeway, you are committing to own that property from arrival to final lock-up.

Before accepting, always review:

• Property address
• Checkout time
• Same-day check-in status
• Special notes
• Deep clean indicators
• Access instructions

Never accept a job you cannot fully complete within the scheduled window.

Once accepted, it is yours.

SAME-DAY CHECK-INS ARE
HIGH PRIORITY

Many Scrub Club turnovers are same-day bookings.

This means a guest checks out and a new guest arrives the same day. We do allow last minute bookings so arrive on time and no issues should arise.

Guests may already be traveling or on their way.

If a property is not ready by check-in time (typically 4PM):

• Guests may arrive early
• Hosts may issue refunds
• Reviews may be affected

For this reason, time management, arriving on time at check-out, and staging quality are critical.

The moment you arrive:

You must move with urgency — but never sacrifice quality.
