LOGIN TO THE APP
Once hired, you will receive an invitation email to join Breezeway.
Download the Breezeway app and log in using your credentials.
This app will show your assigned jobs, instructions, checklists, and photos.
TODAY'S SCHEDULE TAB
Your assigned jobs appear in the Today's Schedule tab.
Tap each job to open the full details.
This includes:
• Property address
• Cleaning checklist
• Host notes
• Access instructions
• Photo requirements
Our system is automated, so cleaning times and assignments may shift.
Always check Breezeway before leaving for the day.
If a job changes and you are no longer available, contact the office immediately.
TAP THE PROPERTY NAME
Opening the property shows everything you need to complete the clean.
Inside the task you will see:
• Cleaning instructions
• The Breezeway checklist
• Host notes
• Access instructions
• Required photos
Always review this information before starting.
LATE CHECK-OUTS
If a late check-out is scheduled, it will usually appear in Breezeway ahead of time or you will be directly notifed to confirm if it works within your schedule.
However, last-minute changes can occur we do do ask for flexibility.
Happy guests = great reviews!
Always check Breezeway before heading to the property.
Do not arrive early if a late checkout is noted.
CHECK-IN TIME IS THE DEADLINE
All cleans must be 100% finished by the guest’s check-in time.
There are no exceptions.
If you experience delays such as:
• Stain treatment
• Power outage
• Excessive mess
• Maintenance issues
You must contact the office immediately so we can coordinate help.
COMPLETE THE CHECKLIST
Every property has a Breezeway checklist. Each is curated for a specific property management group or property!
This checklist must be followed step-by-step and all required photos must be taken.
It is the operational blueprint for Scrub Club standards.
Do not:
• Skip steps
• Check items early
Every checklist item must be completed before marking the job finished. Incomplete jobs may require a return visit before payment can be processed.
