IN THIS LESSON
Now that you understand how to use Breezeway, the next step in the turnover workflow is the Host Hotline. This step happens immediately after arriving at the property and starting the task in Breezeway.
REAL-TIME HOST COMMUNICATION
The Scrub Club Host Hotline sends real-time updates to hosts the moment we arrive at their property.
This is part of Scrub Club’s white-glove service and one of the reasons hosts trust us with their homes.
The Host Hotline alerts the host immediately if there are:
• Damages
• Low inventory
• Maintenance issues
• Urgent problems
• Anything unusual inside the home
This allows the host to respond quickly before the next guest arrives.
If everything looks great and there are no issues, you can simply rate the guest and confirm that the property is in good condition rating it a 5-star.
WHEN TO SUBMIT THE HOST HOTLINE
The Host Hotline must be completed at the start of every turnover.
The workflow is:
Arrive at the property
Open the job in Breezeway
Tap Start Task
Complete the Host Hotline form
Submitting the form will automatically send a text message update to the host.
This step is required for every clean.

WHAT TO REPORT
The Host Hotline should report anything a host would want to know right away.
Examples include:
• Broken items
• Low supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap)
• Trash overflow
• Missing items
• Maintenance problems
• Signs of parties or heavy use
• Anything unusual about the property
Photos should be included when possible.
WHY THIS SYSTEM MATTERS
The Host Hotline gives hosts early warning visibility into their property.
This allows them to:
• Coordinate repairs quickly
• Replace missing inventory
• Prevent guest complaints
• Protect their reviews
This system helps turn great hosts into Superhosts.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
The Host Hotline is not optional.
It must be completed for every turnover before beginning the full cleaning process.
This ensures the host always receives a real-time update when we arrive.
