  4. Wait for approval

What a Walk-In Deep Clean Looks Like

• Excessive trash or food
• Heavy grease buildup
• Severe soap scum
• Biohazards
• Large stains
• Strong odor
• Neglect beyond normal use

If it’s beyond a normal reset — it’s not standard.

Why It Happens & What To Do

Short-term rental guests sometimes:

• Host parties
• Cook heavily
• Stay multiple days and fully “live” in the space
• Leave excessive mess

When that happens, the home may be beyond a standard turnover.

This is not your fault.
And it is not standard.

Why Reporting Matters

In most cases, the host will charge the guest for trashing the home.

That means:

• Extra labor is documented
• Extra cleaning time is billed
• You are compensated properly

If you don’t report it, we can’t charge for it.
If we can’t charge for it, you absorb unpaid labor.
