For urgent matters, please notify management before leaving.

Failure to report is more serious than the damage itself.

Escalate immediately for:

• Major damage
• Safety hazards
• Utilities not functioning
• Timeline risk for same-day check-ins
• Anything outside normal scope

If you are unsure — pause and ask.
