START WITH A PROPERTY SCAN.
Before cleaning begins, you must assess the condition of the property.
Immediately upon arrival:
• Walk the entire property
• Start all laundry
• Remove all trash
• Open blinds for visibility
• Turn on lights
• Check for damage or missing inventory
Do not begin deep cleaning before assessing the full scope.
WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR
During inspection, identify:
• Excessive mess
• Damage
• Biohazards
• Deep-clean level buildup
• Supply shortages
If anything is outside standard scope:
Stop.
Document.
Report.
Inspection protects your timeline and prevents surprises mid-clean.
