  • Shadow an inspection

  • Complete your first solo walkthrough

  • Submit a full inspection report

  • Review findings with management

  • Receive final approval

Once approved, you'll begin receiving assigned inspections.

You'll inspect completed cleans, identify missed items, provide cleaner feedback, and help maintain our 5-star standards across every property.

  • 1. FOUNDATION & EXPECTATIONS

    Start here. This sets the standard for how you work.

    You’ll cover:

    • Your role as a Scrub Club cleaner

    • Standards & accountability

    • Policies (attendance, damages, key/code, equipment)

    What matters:

    • Show up on time and prepared

    • Follow instructions exactly

    • Take responsibility for your work

    Non-negotiable:
    If you accept a job, you complete it to standard.

  • This is how you manage and complete jobs.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Accept and manage jobs in Breezeway

    • Follow tasks from start → finish

    • Upload required photos

    • Use proper supplies and tools

    Reporting standards:

    • Flag issues in Breezeway

    • Add clear photos

    • Notify before continuing on anything outside scope

    Key rule:
    No photos = not complete. No report = not protected.

    • Airbnb turnover standards

    • Deep cleans & surprise situations

    • Photo standards (angles, lighting, staging)

    • Final walkthrough and presentation

    Deep clean protocol:

    • If it’s beyond standard → flag it

    • Upload photos

    • Get approval before continuing

    Before your first job:

    • Complete all training

    • Get activated for scheduling
