New cleaner Onboarding

STEP 1: COMPLETE TRAINING

Learn the Scrub Club system:

  • Role expectations

  • Breezeway + photo standards

  • 3-step turnover process

  • Deep clean + issue reporting

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR INFO

After your training, you will be prompted to fill out your onboarding form:

  • Personal + tax info

  • Review company policies

  • Sign agreement

STEP 3: COMPLETE A TRIAL CLEAN

Show us you’re ready! We’ll send you a Breezeway invite to accept jobs, set up Stripe for payment, and begin your first trial clean.

  • Work alongside a team lead

  • Follow checklist + photo standards

  • Complete trial cleans for approval

  • STEP 1: Inspect & Prep

    STEP 2: Premier Clean

    STEP 3: Final Staging

  • Add example captions:

    Then below:

    Common Mistakes:
    • No wide-angle room photo
    • Missing toilet base
    • Blurry staging

    This alone reduces 50% of re-cleans.

  • Scheduled Deep Clean
    Complete as assigned with full detail.

    Walk-In Deep Clean
    If a property needs more than a standard clean:

    • Flag it in Breezeway

    • Add photos

    • Notify before continuing
