STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR TRAINING MODULES & SYSTEMS MASTERY
Review the full Scrub Club training, including:
• Welcome, Mission & Core Values Onboarding Text Document
• Elite Turnover Specialist Role Expectations
• Breezeway Workflow & Photo Requirements
• The 3-Step Turnover Method
(Inspect → Premier Clean → Final Staging)
• Deep Clean & Issue Reporting Standards
STEP 3: PASS CERTIFICATION & COMPLETE TRIAL EVALUATION
To be activated for scheduling, you must:
• Pass all required quizzes (90% minimum)
• Demonstrate proper photo documentation
• Understand deep clean & damage reporting protocols
• Complete a shadow day & trial clean (Inspector-reviewed)
Only certified cleaners are added to the active schedule.
